First- You need to get used to a harder version of Binding of Isaac while trying to finish the new paths(which is really difficult and you might cry a lot tryin and dyin) before you can enjoy most of the new content and unlocks so Repentance is like being given a treasure chest but without a key and the only way to get the treasure is making your own key with your bare hands until it bleeds. Tons of new content but they kinda screwed it up by upping the difficulty to a point that it’s mostly frustrating than fun. There are more features, improvements and new secrets, too many secrets, than most games would include in an official sequel!
